In short: Yes. In order to see or send reactions, each user will need to have the extension installed.
Can we get some different emojis?
Part of the reason that people love Nod, is its simplicity. I would love to add every emoji under the sun but honestly I think it might be a bit distracting! You will soon be able to vote for which emojis you would like to see and I will let the people decide! Check back here for more info
Can I install it for my whole team?
To install for all of your users, contact your GSuite admin who will be able to install onto all the user accounts in your team globally. Information on how to do this can be found here https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6306504?hl=en
Do you store any personal data for people using the extension?
No. Nod doesn't store any personally identifiable data from any of its users. Period.
Is this just for chrome?
For now, the extension only works on chrome browsers, but work has started on a version for Firefox, watch this space!
Can I use this on the ios or android app?
Unfortunetely not, these apps do not allow for extensions to be loaded onto them and while I would love to support this, it's just not possible right now.
